A post graduate in English Literature, she has over 8 years of experience. She is a powerhouse of operational excellence and pedagogical innovations. She specializes in managing administrative operations ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners. While maintaining high standards of care and education. In her career she has played an instrumental role in managing Early Childhood Care centers. She has experience in educating children of various age groups making her a nuanced educator and leader. Her leadership is of utmost importance for inspiring and motivating her team of teachers and caregivers. Her zeal to nurture young learners makes them ready for formal primary school. She is competitive and devoted and has a drive for excellence. Her experience in Early Childhood Care helps make an enriching, safe and wholesome experience for little learners.
