A postgraduate Human Resource Professional and an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Specialist with extensive experience of over 10 Years. She is a powerhouse of operational excellence and pedagogical innovation. She specializes in the high-stakes environment of pre-school chain management, where she harmonizes curriculum implementation, multi-site operations, and strategic budget oversight. In her career, she has played an instrumental role in setting up new Early Childhood Care Centres as well as being a driving force in the smooth functioning and growth of existing ones. Her catalytic leadership and high-performance mindset are instrumental in inspiring and motivating her team, and her zeal to nurture young learners makes her a competitive and devoted professional in the industry. Not only does she drive a team of passionate educators, but she herself is on a continuous quest to make the learning experience enriching, safe and wholesome.
